Jeanette Ida - Yoga Teacher

I first opened Kokoro Studio in 2016. In Sept 2020 the Yurt Yoga space was opened. I welcome you to the Yurt, a peaceful, healing sacred space to practice Yoga in, on our organic farm in Brightwater, Tasman, NZ.

Kokoro Studio is a welcoming and friendly space. First opened in 2016 in a re-furbished garage! Then, in Sept 2020, a dream was realised with a purpose built Yurt Yoga studio on our organic farm. The Yurt provides a nurturing, natural beautiful space for Yoga. My intention is to provide a space for people to naturally connect to their body, mind and Spirit; to facilitate personal growth, build local Sangha community and connections, respect ecology and to serve in the spirit of Yoga.

Also teaching throughout NZ on Yoga Teacher Training Programs.

Offering regular classes, workshops, retreats, private Bodywork and Yoga sessions.

Kokoro - a sacred symbol from my Japanese heritage - uniting heart, mind, and connection to Spirit.
