I teach Hatha Yoga, in the lineage of Krishnamacharya - Vinyasa Krama. This is accessible to all. Flowing, fluid movement is linked to the breath. I teach from the basis of helping you find YOUR Yoga. The one that is right for you and your body. To find the natural spontaneous movement and breath that is healing and innate in your body. Sahaja - natural spontaneous flow of movement.
Through breath and meditation, I incorporate the teachings of Kriya Yoga.
All classes are open to all levels of experience and ability. Modifications and props are encouraged to make it accessible to all.

Please bring your own mat, though spares are available. You may also like to bring a water bottle, socks, warm clothes for relaxation at the end, and your own meditation cushion or blanket. Blankets and props are available.
Dress for comfort in relaxed clothing that enables you to sit and move comfortably without restriction.
Please turn off phones.
Avoid wearing artificial perfumes and heavily scented products due to sensitivities.
Leave handbags and other personal items outside of the studio space.
Respect others’ personal space.
This is a non-competitive, welcoming, friendly, supportive and safe space. Confidentiality is respected.
Please let the teacher know of any injuries or health concerns. Filling out initial form helps identify any medical conditions to be aware of. Please observe health and safety precautions, and ensure personal responsibility for participating in the classes. Keep yourself safe and respect any physical limitations.
